Fee

Gigs in our Club can generally only be done by admission. The Band will get 100% of the collected admission. We pay GEMA fee if our sales are more than 100,00 EUR. If our sales are less than 100,00 EUR the evening failed and won’t be reported to GEMA. The band can choose one of the following prices:

Admission

Caused by our small staff level we appeal for bringing along someone to collect the admission. Of course he will get free drinks that evening. On rare occasions (Band has a long trip…) and only after arrangement with us we can do it ourselves.

Catering

If there is only one band per evening, drinks are free (without schnapps) for musicians. If more than one band plays on the same evening, there will be vouchers for drinks. For dinner we have warm baguettes (ham, salami & mushrooms. All with cheese)

Stage

We have got a 16 channel mixer with two separate monitor ways and some light effects. You can use our staff. If you want to use your own system we don´t mind. But there is no way to mix up between house system and strange. The stage is about 4m x 3m. On Stage is our stagebox (16 XLR fem). If you need connection adapters XLR male to jack (A-Git/ Keyboard...) we can lent you some. Please bring your own microphones, cables and mike stands.

Overnight stay

On rare occasions (Band is on tour…) you can stay the night in our club. We have 4 guest beds. Please take sleeping bags with you but if necessary we can lent you some bedclothes.

Timing

Bands are able to get into the club after 19:00 o´ clock. (Usually no staff will be there before that time.) We open for guests at 20:00 o´ clock. Start of play is about 21.00 till 21.30.

Advertising

We promote you on our homepage (www.pegnitzbuehne.de), by our monthly show program and local press. We would like to point out that the result of advertising can be increased if you address oneself to press, too. Till 4 weeks before the gig poster placards (15 pieces) should be sent to us. Pleas note that too large posters can be past over by other bands. So we prefer DinA3 or DinA2.
